Meet our founder
Blessing Obioha, RN
VDAACS was founded by Blessing Obioha, a Registered Nurse with a Master of Health Science (Aged Services) and more than 13 years’ experience across aged care, acute hospital nursing, GP practice and care coordination. After years of seeing people with complex needs passed around or under-supported, she built VDAACS to do it properly.
Blessing leads our care personally as Director and Head Nurse Consultant. Her husband and co-director, Emeka Obioha, runs the operations and technology side of the business — so the clinical care stays clinical, and the systems behind it stay sharp.

We’re family-founded and culturally grounded, with a team of Registered Nurses, support coordinators, allied health professionals and support workers from diverse backgrounds — reflecting one of Australia’s most multicultural communities.
We deliberately keep our intake limited. It means we grow more slowly than some — and every participant gets a team that genuinely knows them, and a nurse who genuinely oversees their care.
