Empowering Local Families Through Individualised Support

At Victorian Disability and Aged Care Services (VDAACS), we believe great care is personal.
We’re a local Wyndham NDIS provider that puts families first — not numbers on a chart.

Every service we offer is designed around real people, real needs, and genuine connection.

We know that as some providers grow, participants can start to feel like they’re just another case file. That’s why VDAACS does things differently.

We intentionally limit how many new participants we take each quarter so that every person receives focused, individualised care.

Your story matters — and our job is to make sure it’s heard.

Our philosophy

A New Kind of NDIS Care

Most NDIS providers keep expanding until systems replace relationships. We’ve built a better way: a care-first growth model that scales with people, not beyond them. Every participant with VDAACS is paired with a Lead Community Nursing Care Consultant who ensures the use of:

Our Collaborative approach

Uses our unique care system, and collaboratively with our participant and family to set trackable goals.

Our Quarterly Visits approach

Ensures the quarterly visits are carried out accordingly. For monitoring of their wellbeing, and care reviews.

Our Dynamic Plan reviews approach

Ensures all participant’s plans are flexible. Work alongside families and support workers to adapt plans in real time.

Our Flexible Care approach

Ensures that as your needs change, your supports evolve too. Flexible Care is one of our new system approach.

We also hold internal care plan reviews with families every quarter — based on frontline reports from your regular support workers.
That means your support plan grows through ongoing collaboration, not guesswork or bureaucracy.

We’re deeply rooted in this community, partnering with local schools, healthcare professionals, and cultural groups to keep supports close to home. When you call, you won’t be put through layers of management — you’ll speak directly to a real person from your local team.
