Is VDAACS an SDA housing provider?
We support participants living in SDA with their daily living and clinical needs, and help coordinate with registered SDA dwelling providers. Talk to us about your situation and we’ll point you the right way.
How do I know if I’m eligible for SDA?
SDA is for a small number of participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs, and it must be in your plan. We can help you understand the basics and work with your planner and Support Coordinator.
Can I get SIL and SDA together?
Yes — SDA funds the home, and SIL funds the support inside it. We can provide the SIL supports in your SDA dwelling.
Do you support complex health needs in SDA?
Yes. Our nurse-led model means we can safely support high-intensity and nursing needs in your home.
