NDIS FAQs | Common Questions & Answers, and everything you need to know.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)provides funding and support for Australians with permanent or significant disabilities.
It helps participants access the services and resources they need to achieve greater independence, improve wellbeing, and participate more fully in their community.

To be eligible for NDIS funding, you must:

  • Be under 65 years old when you apply.

  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category visa.

  • Have a permanent or significant disability that affects your daily activities.

  • Live in an area where the NDIS is available (such as Canberra and the ACT).

If you’re unsure about your eligibility, our team can guide you through the process of applying and preparing your documentation.

You can apply by contacting the NDIS National Contact Centre at 1800 800 110 or by visiting ndis.gov.au.
You’ll need to complete an Access Request Form and provide supporting evidence of your disability and its impact on daily living.

Yes. We work with all types of NDIS plan management:

  • Self-managed participants – You pay providers directly and manage your own budget.

  • Plan-managed participants – We coordinate with your plan manager for payments and reporting.

  • NDIA-managed participants – We claim directly from the NDIS portal.

Our flexible system ensures easy coordination with whichever plan type you use.

Starting with us is simple:

  2. We’ll organise a free initial consultation.

  3. Together, we’ll create a personalised Service Agreement outlining your supports and schedule.

  4. Services commence once the agreement is in place.
